Art prints of the Golden Arrow
Locomotive. the Golden Arrow was designed by Oliver Bulleid the Chief
mechanical Engineer of the southern railway. The Golden arrow is very
distinct with the large Arrow on the front of the locomotive,. It is
named the 257 squadron. This great train was saved form the
Barry island Scrap yard and purchased for £8,000 on behalf of the Port
Line Locomotive Project and was restored at the Swindon heritage center
. and in November 1990 The Golden Arrow once again pulled a passenger
train. These superb art prints are available at these great prices.
